- Place cones in a tight pattern to force short crossovers and edge changes.
- Work in small groups to keep reps high.
Instructions
- Skate around the cone pattern using inside edges for tight turns and outside edges for long pushes.
- Add a puck for control work once edges are consistent.
- Increase speed gradually while maintaining edge control and a low center of gravity.
