- Feeder or coach hits hard balls to back-row defenders who must dig and pass accurately to the target.
Instructions
- Dig the ball with a low platform and direct good passes to the setter target.
- Rotate through defenders and vary angles of the feed.
Coaching Points
- Keep thumbs together and platform flat; move feet to the ball before setting the platform.
