Bump Bump Bump GameABPartners a few feet apart, one soft ballCount consecutive forearm bumps together — beat your best streak

Instructions

  1. Partner A tosses the ball gently to Partner B.
  2. Partner B bumps it back using a two-handed forearm platform.
  3. Continue bumping back and forth, counting out loud together.
  4. Track the pair's best streak of consecutive bumps without the ball touching the ground.
Coaching Points
  • Flat, together platform arms make a much more predictable bump than bent elbows.
  • Move the feet to get square to the ball rather than only reaching with the arms.
  • Counting out loud together keeps the activity fun and gives players a shared goal.
  • Celebrate a new personal best enthusiastically — this builds confidence in the platform motion.

Variation

Add a third player to form a triangle for more complex movement, or introduce a light net to bump the ball back and forth over.
