- Place 2–3 hoops or cone-marked zones at varying distances.
- Players take turns tossing or serving toward the targets.
Instructions
- Player tosses or serves the ball, aiming for one of the marked targets.
- Award points for landing in or near each target, with farther targets worth more.
- Rotate through several attempts, calling out the target before each try.
- Track a running team or personal score for extra motivation.
Coaching Points
- Consistency in the toss or serve motion matters more than trying to muscle the ball toward a far target.
- Encourage players to notice their own pattern (always short, always to one side) and self-correct.
- Keep the targets an achievable size for the group's age — adjust as accuracy improves.
